This Banana & Oat Breakfast Bake is the perfect way to start your day. Simple to make, delicious to eat and keeps you satisfied until lunch.
3 tbsp desiccated coconut
3 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
200ml almond milk
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 160°.
In an ovenproof dish (mine is roughly 8″x12″) mash the banans.
Add the desiccated coconut, hemp seed and cinnamon and mix in.
Pour over the almond milk and water, giving it a good stir.
Then add the oats, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Combine all the ingredients thoroughly.
Finally, evenly sprinkle the blueberries over the mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes.
